Klassics Health & Fitness offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.

All classes must be booked in advance as due to covid most are running at reduced capacity to ensure social distancing. Press the Book Now button in the menu bar to secure your spot and make sure you have your membership number to hand to confirm your membership for the class.

Klassics Spins is the high energy Spin class taken my our resident spin addict Laura. Whether you're just starting out and want to see if spin is for you or you're a spin addict like us alterations can be made to every step in the class to suit any fitness level.  With a dedicated spin room of the 2nd floor and 14 high quality spin bikes the more the merrier!

Strengthen & Stretch

Join us for Yoga and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Shape Up

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness, fun class using both weights and your own bodyweight. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bums and tums through their paces in a bid to trim down those areas we love to hate

Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is a program that incorporates mindfulness to assist people with pain and a range of conditions and life issues that were initially difficult to treat in a hospital setting.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class involving standing and lying positions. It aims to improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles. It will also help to improve posture, mobility, joint problems and tone your body.

Aqua Fit

Compared to swimming, aqua fitness classes are considered to be a better all-round exercise because they use a greater variety of muscles. You won't burn as many calories as with running, but the calorie burning is still considerable – about the same as brisk walking or a low-impact aerobics class.
