RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Application Forms are subject to the proprietor's approval. All payments are non transferrable, non refundable and must be paid at least a month in advance. Membership can be terminated if a months subscription is missed and a penalty charge of at least 3 months will be payable in addition to the normal monthly membership payment. Re- application for membership will be required under these conditions. Klassics is a limited membership facility and at least 3 months notice must be given to terminate membership. Membership payments are set up by standing order and as such are controlled by the applicant. It is therefore the responsibility of the applicant to cancel the standing order at the appropriate time once notice has been given, although a guideline will be given to help the member. The membership place will not be made available to other applicants whilst a standing order is in place. A membership place will become available once a standing order payments cease and at least the minimum notice period has been given.

2. Upon joining at least one months payment must be made by card together with a standing order form duly signed and completed.

3, A fitness assessment is not classified as proof of fitness. It is a basis to start using the facilities within the complex and gives staff an idea of the capabilities of each individual applicant. All applicants, regardless of physical health or ability should inform their doctor before undertaking any form of physical activity. Any changes made to programmes by the member are made at the members own risk. It is the responsibility of the member to speak to an instructor to gain professional advice regarding changes. It is also the members responsibility to inform the instructor of any changes to medical/ health so that the appropriate care can be given to the member during their membership.

4. All applicants and guests must be 18 years or over.

5. Adequate staff will be employed to manage the facility during it's hours of opening. However, it cannot guaranteed that all areas will be constantly supervised.

6. All valuables that are left in the changing areas are at the owner's own risk. Klassics is unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items.
